Our Story

Ginger Research was founded in 2026 in New Mexico, USA as part of the Bappfun group of companies. The company brings together a team with years of hands-on experience in Turkey's survey and market research industry — from field data collection and CAPI surveys to retail audits and mystery shopping programs.

Before establishing its US presence, the team behind Ginger Research built a strong track record in Turkey, executing projects in collaboration with the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and metropolitan municipalities across Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. This experience with large-scale Turkish government and private sector research programs formed the operational foundation that Ginger Research now applies across multiple markets.

With its US headquarters in Albuquerque and its main operational hub in Istanbul, Ginger Research serves clients across seven US states, Turkey, and the broader MENA region through offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Cairo, and Amman. The company focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality field research for enterprise clients, international organizations, and government institutions — with a particular strength in markets where cultural insight and local knowledge make the difference.

Ahmad Khalil

Founder & CEO

Ahmad brings extensive experience in survey methodology and field data collection, with a background spanning both Turkish and international research markets. He holds a Master's degree in Survey Methodology and leads Ginger Research's strategic direction across all markets.

Dr. Omar Farouk

Head of MENA Operations

Dr. Farouk oversees MENA regional operations from the Dubai office. He brings deep expertise in public opinion research across the Arab world and holds a PhD in Political Science from the American University of Beirut.

Rami Haddad

Head of Technology

Rami leads the development of Ginger Research's CAPI platform and quality assurance tools. He previously worked in enterprise survey software development and holds an MS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
